  • Operation, further development and automation of the company’s internal IT services in the areas of:
    • Virtualization and data center infrastructure
    • Linux and Microsoft operating systems
    • Network infrastructure
    • System monitoring
    • Security monitoring
    • Secure Client Design
    • System hardening / infrastructure hardening
  • (Partial) project management for the implementation of new infrastructures / infrastructure extensions
  • 1st level managed security service desk for our customers
  • Collaboration in managed security (sub-)projects
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes in the areas of Managed Security Service Desk and internal IT services
Your Profile
  • Some experience in the operation, further development and automation of IT infrastructures
  • Great interest and affinity in the field of cyber security as well as initial experience in the areas of system hardening and network security
  • Experience in interacting with customers and 1st/2nd level service desk
  • Quick comprehension and no reservations about constantly familiarizing yourself with new technologies
  • Relevant certifications in various IT infrastructure technologies desirable
  • Experience in scripting with e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Structured and discreet way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
